1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached where applicable)
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@truwell.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm the return
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- You will not need to return the damaged item
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@truwell.store. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be posted
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@truwell.store
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@truwell.store. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
10. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/damaged/wrong items: we cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
