All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

For international orders, please be aware that:

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check the tracking information for updates on your package's location
- Contact your local postal service with the tracking number
